24 hours to yoga, sauna, eat well, sleep well, rest and relax.
Food will be plentiful and vegetarian!
Based in beautiful Hebden Bridge at the Hebden Bridge hostel and the Calderdale Yoga Centre in partnership with yogabyjenny.co.uk/
Friday 3 pm onwards: arrive, check in, and settle in at the Hebden Bridge Hostel. All rooms are en-suite with showers.
Unplug: If you’d like to make the most of the chance for a digital detox then we can be an emergency contact for you.
3.30 - 6.30pm: Sauna in the traditional way in a Finnish style sauna, with wood, fire, steam and stones. The benefits are plentiful and many - good for your heart, your skin and your bones. Good for sleep, aches and pains (physical and emotional), for returning to yourself and connecting to the elements. The sauna is in a converted vintage horse trailer and holds up to 6 people at a time.
7.00pm: Dinner
8.00 - 9.00pm: Yoga for sleep
Saturday
8.00 – 9.00am: Breakfast will offer a selection of cereal, eggs, fresh bread, fresh fruit, yoghurt, fruit juice and plenty of tea and coffee
9.30am: Morning yoga
11.00 – 1pm: Break – time to relax or explore
1pm: Lunch
2.00 – 4.00pm: Afternoon yoga at the Calderdale Yoga Centre
4.00pm: Depart for home
