REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
1. COMMUNITY SAUNA SESSIONS
Sessions are transferable and can be given to a friend. This is the ideal option and you will be very popular with your friend(s)!
You can rearrange your own session up until 24 hours beforehand.
All bookings can be transferred or refunded up until 24 hours before your session. If you miss this window, you won’t be eligible for a refund – as a small and fledgling venture, it’s not possible to carry the cost of late cancellations.
If you need to cancel, or can’t see how to rearrange your session, please email: catherine@rootsandrocks.co.uk
If you do not turn up to your appointment without advance notice, it won’t be possible to rearrange your booking to another time.
2. PRIVATE BOOKINGS
Sessions are transferable and can be given to a friend. This is the ideal option and you will be very popular with your friend(s)!
All bookings can be transferred or refunded up until 72 hours before your session. If you miss this window, you won’t be eligible for a refund – as a small and fledgling venture, it’s not possible to carry the cost of late cancellations.
If you need to reschedule, transfer your session to someone else or cancel, please email: catherine@rootsandrocks.co.uk

3. SAUNA EVENTS – e.g. soundbaths or breathwork sessions
Sessions are transferable and can be given to a friend. This is the ideal option and you will be very popular with your friend(s)!
Sauna events can be refunded or rescheduled up to 48 hours before your booking. Please email catherine@rootsandrocks.co.uk
Bookings cancelled on the day will not be refunded.
4. WEATHER
If weather warnings have been officially issued by the Government sessions may be rescheduled, transferred, cancelled or refunded on the day.
